Pre Approval and documentation

We’ll start with an easy application to get you Pre Approved and advise what you qualify for. With a soft credit check we can determine the best programs for your needs, and you will receive detailed estimates.

To further set you up for success, we also offer a free, upgraded Pre Approval letter that can make the difference in your offer getting accepted. Simply upload your requested documents, and we can proceed with a fully underwritten Pre Approval.

Application and underwriting

With our free, up front underwriting you will have peace of mind you are approved. When the List Agent calls we are able to verify your strength as a buyer.

Then we are officially ready to start the mortgage process. Once we have all of your documents, we’ll begin underwriting your loan. We will guide you every step of the way. Underwriting involves verifying information such as your employment, income and running the hard check to verify your credit scores if that hasn't been done already.

During this phase we will lock in your interest rate, order the Appraisal, and order the Title search through the Real Estate Attorney of your choosing. Our team will work closely with you to keep you updated throughout this process and ensure a smooth loan experience.

Closing

Closing on time is key! Working together we will meet your very important Mortgage Commitment Date and Closing Date. Prior to your closing date you will know exactly what to expect. There will be no surprises with rate, costs to close, where to go, or what you need to bring.

On closing day, your Attorney will guide you through signing all the necessary documents, and we will all work together to ensure a smooth transition into homeownership. Whether it's your first home, your second or your tenth, we are here to help.

After the closing, you will have the joyous satisfaction of officially becoming a homeowner, embarking on a new chapter filled with endless possibilities and the pride of owning your own home.
